Quick Start

  • Remote is located on the side table next to the couch—press the power button to turn on
  • Switch to HDMI 1 for cable TV, or HDMI 2 for streaming devices and gaming
  • Adjust volume using the remote (we recommend using the Sonos speaker system for better audio quality)

Pro Tips

  • Don't use the TV speakers—the Sonos system sounds significantly better and is already connected
  • Make sure the correct HDMI input is selected before troubleshooting, as this is the most common issue

If It's Not Working

  • Blank screen? Check that you've selected the correct HDMI input using the remote
  • Remote not responding? Replace the batteries (AA batteries in the battery compartment on the back)
  • No picture but sound is working? Try switching inputs or restarting the streaming device

Nintendo Switch

Quick Start

  • Controllers are stored in the drawer under the entertainment center—there are multiple sets available
  • Press and hold the power button on the console to turn it on, then press the home button on a controller
  • Select any game from the home screen; popular multiplayer titles like Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros, and Mario Party are loaded and ready

Pro Tips

  • Controllers automatically charge when placed on the dock—even if they seem dead, dock them for 15 minutes and they'll be ready
  • We've pre-loaded the best multiplayer games so you can jump in immediately without downloading

If It's Not Working

  • Controller won't pair? Hold the small sync button (near the bottom) for 3 seconds until the lights flash
  • Screen frozen or console unresponsive? Hold the power button for 12 seconds to force a restart
  • Controller not charging? Make sure it's properly inserted into the dock with the contact pins aligned

Pool Table

Video coming soon

Quick Start

  • Light switch is located on the wall to the right of the pool table—flip it on before playing
  • Chalk is available in the side pocket of the pool table (blue cube)
  • House rules are posted on the wall above the pool table—please review them before starting

Pro Tips

  • The pool table rack is stored in the cabinet directly underneath—pull out the drawer gently to access it
  • Extra cues are mounted on the wall rack above the table if you don't like the weight of the standard ones

If It's Not Working

  • Light not turning on? Check the wall switch by the door (there are two switches for the room lights)
  • Light still not working? Check if the bulbs are burned out and let us know—we keep spares in the cabinet

Wet Bar

Video coming soon

Quick Start

  • Mini fridge is located under the bar counter—stocked with mixers and ready to use
  • Glassware is in the upper cabinets (wine glasses, rocks glasses, martini glasses, etc.)
  • Bottle opener and basic tools are in the drawer to the left of the sink

Pro Tips

  • The ice maker is built into the mini fridge—just press the ice dispenser button to fill your glass
  • Cocktail tools and a jigger are organized in the top drawer for easy access when mixing drinks

If It's Not Working

  • Mini fridge not cold enough? Check the temperature dial on the inside (should be at 5 or 6)—give it an hour to reach full temperature
  • No ice being made? Make sure the ice maker has water (check the fill line) and is turned on
